Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the TIFFLY FOOD application and website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TIFFLY FOOD, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our food delivery and subscription services.

2. Food Orders and Subscriptions

TIFFLY FOOD acts as a platform connecting users with local home chefs and food providers in Faridabad & Jaipur.

• All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by the respective kitchen.
• For Tiffin Subscriptions, you must manage pauses or cancellations through the app prior to the daily cutoff time (usually 8:00 AM for lunch and 4:00 PM for dinner).
• Prices are subject to change, but active subscriptions will be honored at the rate agreed upon until the cycle ends.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete delivery information. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address or contact details provided by you.

4. Food Quality & Allergies

While we mandate FSSAI registration and hygiene standards for our partners, TIFFLY FOOD does not prepare the food. It is your responsibility to communicate any food allergies or specific dietary requirements directly to the chef using our in-app chat feature before placing an order.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TIFFLY FOOD be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
